Cancellation Policy

✅ The paid advance will be fully refunded on booking cancellation 10 days before check-in. ✅ The 50% amount of the paid advance (full or partial) will be refunded if the cancellation is made before 7 Days of check-in, or can be re-scheduled based on availability. ✅ No refund will be made on cancellations or booking migration, within 7 days, before check-in. ✅ The prior clauses will be applicable on booking cancellation within 7 days to 10 days, before check-in. ✅ The paid advance for booking will be fully refunded if the cancellation is made on the same date of booking, except, if the check-in date and booking date are the same. ✅ These prior clauses will be applicable on partial cancellation or migration. ✅ Booking for black-out dates is not cancellable/refundable or be rescheduled. ✅ No cancellation will be made for any particular Ship/Bus's shutdown. Cancellation Policy applicable only if the whole transport (Ship & Bus) movement remains off due to some National Issues (Strike/Lockdown)/Tsunami/Typhoon or any bad condition of weather.
